***Profile Search, Job Posting, Head Hunting, Reference and Calling up the candidates for the personal interviews.
***Schedule interviews and Following up and coordinating with candidates.
***Responsible for, end to end Recruitment.
***Handling joining formalities & maintaining the database.
Key Skills:
***Young and Passionate Freshers with 0 to 1 year exp.
***Graduates who seek to create a future for themselves in the field of HR/Recruitment.
***Good communication skills, spoken English is a must.
***Good knowledge & understanding various Job Portals.
