Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and screening candidates through creative sourcing techniques which include Job portals, internal databases, referral generation, own network of contacts.
* End to End Recruitment.
* Creating Pipeline of candidates.
* Preliminary Screening.
* Analyze the client's requirements.
* Pre‐Screen the Resumes and Send relevant profiles to client for their perusal for candidate's interview
* Calling the candidates & scheduling them for interviews.
* Coordinating with clients and candidates regarding the interview schedule.
* Maintaining database and candidate records.
* Maintaining relationships with the clients.
* Keeping track of each candidate till departure.
